How to Create an OTC Deal?

1. Go To BeraFolio and select a vesting schedule

2. Click 'Create vNFT' and confirm the wallet popup

Go to BeraFolio,

3. Receive Confirmation the vNFT has been created

4. Go to 'My vNFTs' and click 'Create OTC'

5. Enter a value / token and click 'Create OTC'

6. Confirmation that the OTC deal has been Created
